A BIT ABOUT ME
Gabrielle Stigant, MACP, M.Ed., BCBA, RCC
I am passionate in supporting youth, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds and needs. My approach is to connect with my clients in an open and non-judgemental manner, to establish a trusting relationship for self-exploration. My goal is to support individuals and families to work through difficult feelings or stressors, while considering personal values, strengths, and self-autonomy.
I take great consideration of being culturally responsive, supporting individuals struggling with stress, perfectionism, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship, and family challenges. I hold dual certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Registered Clinical Counsellor. Drawing on previous experience supporting neurodivergent youth and their families, the understanding that each individual brings a unique lens. I strive in supporting individuals with developing self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-advocacy skills. My approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
Please reach out if interested in working together. I am happy to provide a free 15 minutes consultation to ensure I am the right fit.
